The Coastal Interpretive Center has something for everyone, with five indoor galleries to examine the natural and cultural history of the Washington Coast, each of which has multiple hands-on interactive displays. Our children’s exhibit offers a fun, physical learning environment for ages 2-10 years (and for any kids at heart!).
The Coastal Interpretive Center grounds are a treasure trove of information on a variety of topics, and are an easy walk with small children. Along the clearly marked paths are artifacts from Ocean Shores’ history, pieces of the shipwrecked SS Catala and other shipwrecks, plant and bird identification, and more.
With so much to see and do, you’re sure to get the most from the coast!
